Women who want people to train with, and non-binary people are welcome too. You need to be 18 or older. It’s sport first: running, climbing, ski touring, yoga, pickleball and more. It isn’t a dating app: Allez Club is for training partners, crews and friends, and dating or hook-up requests get accounts removed.

Cards are face-first, so sport, level, rhythm and words lead, not looks. Once you’re connected (a match, the same session, or the same circle of up to 8), you see each other’s full photos. In bigger circles, members see each other’s photos once they’re both invited to the same session, and the organizers see their members’ photos.

You need a verified ID before you can match with anyone, and before you create or join circles and sessions, so everyone you meet has been checked and is 18 or older. Until then, you can try 5 swipes to see how it works; they aren’t saved and can’t lead to a match. Every account gets one ID check, and it’s free. If it can’t be completed for a technical reason, try again at no cost; if it needs a closer look, our team reviews it and gets back to you within 1 to 3 business days. Only if you delete your account and sign up again with the same email does the new check cost C$7.99, or nothing with an active Premium, Premium+ (yearly) or Community subscription. Our ID partner handles the images; we keep only the result.

Yes. Swiping, matching (once you’re verified), chatting and joining the circles and sessions you’re invited to are free, and so is every safety tool. Premium adds filters, undo, starting circles and planning sessions. Premium+ adds insights, priority for your yes-swipes and invites, and unlimited undo. Community is for run clubs, studios and crews: circles of up to 199 people, co-hosts and subgroups. Now and then, Premium+ is also sold for life in a limited drop. There are no weekly plans, and you see the price in the app before you buy.

Report and block are two taps away on every card, chat, circle and session. The person is never told who reported them. You can see and unblock people in You → Settings → Blocked people.

Sessions happen at public places, and the exact spot is shared only once you’re both confirmed. Share my plan sends a trusted friend the time, place and who’s coming. After the session you check in. Tap Not okay if something felt off and our team follows up.

Subscriptions run through Apple or Google, so you cancel them there. In the app: You → Settings → Subscription → Manage in the App Store (or Manage in Google Play). Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Premium+ Lifetime never renews, so there’s nothing to cancel.

Sign in with the same email you used when you bought it, then tap Restore purchases on the plans screen. A purchase belongs to the Allez Club account that bought it, so it can’t be restored onto a different account. If the app says your purchase belongs to another account, sign in with the email you used to buy it.

Yes. The first 1,000 people in each city on the waitlist get their first year of Premium free. Confirm your email on the waitlist, then join the app with the same email and verify your ID: the year starts right then (or, if your place in line comes up later, when it does), with nothing to enter. Only a waitlist sign-up from before you created your account counts, and Premium+ Lifetime members already have more, so they don’t get it. Unsubscribing before then gives up the gift; once you have it, it’s yours. Joined the app with another email, or with Sign in with Apple? In the app: You → Settings → Your data → Delete my account. You have 30 days to change your mind. Everything about deleting your account.
